Lead by Letting Go

While there may be some questions about just how much of the workforce is now freelance (see today’s post in the Harvard Business Review blog), there is no doubt that the workforce is shifting. It is likely that we are moving to a blended workforce where work is done by a combination of employees, contractors, freelancers, alliance partners, and computers/AIs.

We need to learn to lead in this new environment. I’m looking at how we can lead by letting go.
